Use after making a reservation through HotelsXcom. Only the part of the photo that appears is clear. Located on the 5th floor of a very dirty, low-income apartment. No elevator. There was almost no water (sometimes it did come out, but it was random), and basic things such as blankets were not prepared well (there were two beds during the stay, but there were only one blanket and seven pillows). There is a large-scale construction going on right next door, and it is under construction 24 hours a day. A place where everything was bad.
