The ancient town is 7 minutes' walk from the homestay, which is quite convenient. The room is comfortable and affordable, while amenities are well served. The landlady here is hospitality and friendly. Definately a good choice for homestay in Hoi An.

We discovered VIP House as we walked through town. We needed a new place to stay as our original homestay had building work going on. Tho is the host and she is extremely helpful. The bedrooms are large and very comfortable with lots of natural light, comfy bed, fridge, a balcony, ensuite bathroom, and air conditioning. Room price includes a cooked breakfast. This is a brand new building and has only been open for about a month as I write. Everything is sparkly new and so this is excellent value for money. Tho can organise day trips and bookings, get you a bicycle or motorbike, and tell you where all the good eating places are. She's like your Vietnamese Mum! Her English is pretty good too. This place is highly recommended from our experience. If you are heading to Hoi An, then go visit Tho and enjoy her hospitality. Tell her you were sent by her favourite Scotsman and his Kiwi wife!

This hotel is really great. The proprietress is very friendly and can communicate in English. She feels at home. The guests are also very nice. They will sit together at the door and chat, telling each other which country the travelers are from, and recommended us for massage. Before this trip, I found a local snack. After asking the lady boss, she bought it for me on a motorcycle. The round trip took 20 minutes. She was very kind and polite, so we left some fruit. give them. This hotel is very clean, almost all new, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is great, and it is very cheap. It is only 10-15 minutes away from the ancient city. It is a hotel worth staying in. If I could give it 6 stars, I would definitely give it 6 stars. This hotel is awesome. The bosslady is very kind and her English is well. And this hotel's guest is very kind too. We can seat in beyond and talking about our country together. I love it. I searched a local snack before this trip. It's call "rice paper". And I just asking bosslady. She was buy it for me. It's so kindly!!! This hotel is clean and nice. The bed is new. The toliet is also new. All in all if I can give 6 stars, I will. It's a wonderful choice of u live in hoi An.
