I had an excellent experience at the Vision Hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, however the toilet was unusable. The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of foods to start the day. The hotel gym was one of the best equipped that I have ever seen, although it does not open until 7am, which makes it difficult to fit in a morning workout. The sauna was also a highlight. The hotel is only a short walk from the subway, which makes it easy to move around the city. Pretty ordinary location though, and not many options for food etc.

I've been stay here for twice. First time is summer in 2018, second time is 2019 summer. I gave 1 star. My reasons 1 that moment for visa reason, I only need their offer me a evidence that those 4 days I was staying in this hotel(I already paid). other hotel easy got that. BUT they keep delay keep delay. Very official feeling. The manager thought he is manager maybe he is better than others, talking to me in very rude way. I feel very bad. 2 The stuff clean room or do something at my neighbour room at 2 am. The cleaning stuff slab the door very heavy. They did not show they have a good training. 3 I left the hotel, I already paid all fees, but they said they lost a bottle of Coca cola. I need to paid that. That bottle in any store not over 5 dollars, they charge me 60 dollars. 4 Some manager very good, for what happened on me, she did applogize, and updated my room, but when i moved in, I found that that room full of smoke smell..... Very bad feeling for this hotel, not professional, not polite. They are not show their service very well. MESSY MANAGEMENT.

I have stayed here a few times. The hotel is clean with spacious rooms, that smell like they have been smoked in despite signage otherwise. Gym facilities are pretty good, and there is a pool which I didn't try. The Wifi is just straight up terrible, flaky and inconsistent. If your laptop has an ethernet port, you will have better results. The food in the cafe, which also serves as the breakfast area, was not very good. But there is a separate restaurant that is much tastier though more pricy. Breakfast has many items to choose from, but almost identical each day. Considering the hotel's claim of being 5 star and a business hotel, the front desk staff's grasp of English was subpar, and their manner was generally rude and dismissive. In contrast, the concierge and restaurant staff, despite the same lack of English, were all incredibly helpful and accommodating. Finally the location: a bit out of the central core, but at least it is only 2 or 3 minutes walk to Xitucheng metro. Location label on Googlemaps is wrong - look up vision mansion if you want the correct coordinates.

Stayed for a trip during a 5 day conference. Good selection of breakfast and nice design of the large rooms. Colour coding for the room supplies are a good idea! However, the staff speaks very minimal english and most of the staff are not helpful. Notably, one of the concierge staff , chen an-dong went above and beyond during his duty during our stay. At thr same time, the internet connection is unstable and non existant in some parts of the hotel.i.e. lobby.
