Stuff is friendly but they are liars🤥🤥 If you book room online, you will get absolutely another room. They don’t care what’s you book, just move you to any free room. And they will promise you that they change room but again it will be room which not you paid. So they have some problems with management. Anyway, I give 4 ⭐️ stars for this hotel because stuff was very supportive and polite. I was angry first days than stuff give me discount for room and some gift. So I get down.

A good hotel situated in the city centre except for a few limitations/flaws. My room was on the 7th floor, but the elevator was only till the 6th floor, so there was no option but to take the stairs from the 6th to the 7th floor. The room was quite good. 2 comfy beds. Some good paintings hung on the wall. A cool medium-sized chair. And furniture set. A designated bathroom space which was of decent size. The downsides. The toilet is quite next to the bathroom such that when one stretches the right leg to the right, it will touch the bathroom glass, and the same isn't very comfortable. The overhead AC made higher than average sound continuously, and after every 15 mins or so gave out a loud sound. In fact, after carefully observing it for a while, it seemed as if the AC's grill would come out. This could have been nocuous. There was no fan in the room as an alternative. Surely, a fix is needed here. Fortunately one of the beds was away from the AC unit, otherwise, it wouldn't have been possible to sleep in the room.

Front desk workers were very helpful and friendly and even came to defend us when a cab tried to overcharge us. Also they were very kind to give us whatever we needed. The noise from the street is a bit loud from the room and the TV was a bit off in our room but for the price it was nice.

They advertise a spa, breakfast, restaurant, and bar. They have none of them. The first night they had booked a room which we had already paid for and we had to stay in another room and move. One full day the elevator was out, we were on the fifth floor, and there’s no one available to help you with your items. We were told we get two free waters a day, and at the end they charged us. The woman at the desk stating “my aunt stated they are not free.“ the service at the front desk was poor at best. There was mold on the throw blanket and throw pillow, the one desk chair was broken, and the phone did not work. This is a place it is best to stay away from
