To: Employer, Please take note! Your girl receptionist. She left the door open. But she was not at the counter. I want to check in. Standing for a long time in front of the counter. Keep press the door bell and calling, but no one served me. Then 2 orang kakak came from the store next door. She called your employee sitting in her husband/boyfriend's car in front of the hotel. She came in with an angry face and didn't apologize at all. She also didn't ask me to check in or anything. Stone silent. Make a arrogant face. Did she think I came to ask for alms? Does she want to work or sleep? Her workplace in your hotel or in her husband/boyfriend's car? This is the second time I stayed at this hotel for work. But I was very disappointed. Very rude and irresponsible. I understand this is a budget hotel but there are no laws or guidelines for your employees ? I think I'm okay if she apologizes. But she is very rude. And very unprofessional. And your TV doesn't work at all. 2 times I stayed here but still the same. When I asked your employees. She said she didn't know. ohhh. Please laaaa.. People pay, not sit for free. I chose this hotel because it is close to my workplace. And because my company has made a reservation, otherwise I would like to change to another hotel. Very very disappointed. Next time I will not stay here again. Kalau markah Antara 0 hingga 10. Saya akan bagi -10. I think if you are an employer you must understand.
