We booked this hotel while we were with our daughter (4years old). We didn’t notice the information that no kids under 11 were allowed. Our mistake. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and helpful in finding us a new hotel and getting us the refund. Super service - guess we will have to try again in a couple of years!

Very good hotel. It has verything you need to spend relaxing and useful time. It's close to the beach and to big store. You can find many restaurants nearby and street food as well. The stuff very polite, helpful and friendly especially Ju & Zen thank you so much to make our vacation nicer and joyful 😊

I stayed here for 3 nights and highly recommend this hotel where you feel warm and welcomed. The staff is super friendly and I will come back again for sure ! I was able to check in early as I arrived from a long flight! See you soon !

This Vivace hotel is totally underrated. The outstanding location makes access to many restaurants, convenience stores, etc... And yet, you still get your quiet and relaxing vacation in this hotel, like the other Google review mentioned of this hotel as "a hidden gem". We rented a room with kitchenette. The room was absolutely clean, quiet and cozy. My wife even felt asleep a few times on the big round sofa at our balcony. The staff were thoughtful and asked us again the next day if we needed a mattress topper. Their service can make you feel like a million dollars...excellent service!
