It’s almost midnight and the hotel restaurant is playing the loudest music I’ve ever heard. I wouldn’t expect this level of neglect even from a 3-star hotel, but this one calls itself a 5-star… The rooms are tiny, the restaurant almost never works (and when does — plays loud music late into the night). No room service available. No spa facilities. It’s not a 5 star hotel, it’s a sad joke

Beautiful hotel in a quiet area near city center. Nicolo was very helpful at check in & reserved a nearby restaurant for dinner. He also upgraded my room because I said I was a light sleeper. Will add more details after I try the complimentary breakfast;)

Walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants. The front desk lady was super helpful. Super clean and artistic rooms. Breakfast/ bar area has good vibes too.
