voco Oxford Spires, an IHG Hotel

First of all Lilly is fantastic and so are the rest of the team here, the levels of customer service and cleanliness of the hotel are outstanding. Secondly, the hotel itself is set in a really perfect place, sandwiched between to fields either side mean although the hotel is quite central to Oxford it's remarkably quiet. There is also, a public path that leads you to the Thames, about 3-4 minutes walk. Directly from the grounds of the hotel, the gate is locked at dusk so be mindful. The pool and spa facilities were in fantastic condition and well looked after. You can really tell from staying here just how dedicated the staff are, the whole experience was faultless tbh, and this hotel definitely rivals some 'so-called' 5* hotels we've stayed in. We literally cannot wait to book again.

Room was lovely and staff were helpful. Food was ok as some days were better than others. The main issue with the hotel is the disabled toilets: one was located in the middle of a narrow hallway so there was no way a wheelchair could get into it and the other was locked to keep out non-disabled people but ended up keeping out a wheelchair user also.
