I stayed in this hotel late last year. Pros - they hold bags before and after check in, the room was a nice enough size, the sitting area towards the back was nice, the food that I did try was good. Cons - check your bedding!! Ours was dirty but it wasn’t even the top sheet. It was the fitted sheet underneath that was dirty on the side so there was no way I would have known the bed was unclean had I not checked. They switched us to a new room but I was still glad to have disposable sheets to put on top. We weren’t able to go find another place. Not all the plugs worked in the room either but what can you do. Aside from those, it seemed clean and was cleaned daily. There’s no fridge or anything like that in the room. Had I not had to switch rooms, it would get a much higher rating. The second star is for the second room. Make sure you understand the fees. They add a resort fee of $25 a day but there are no real amenities or a reason for it. You pay for snacks and drinks minus the water coolers, there are two waters in the room and a pair of slippers for each adult, the food is not free which brings me to the vouchers. The water stations were either out of service or covered when I searched for them. The vouchers are a good idea but they don’t tell you they can only be used at dinner time. Just something to be aware of because if you don’t plan to eat dinner there, the voucher goes to waste because it can’t be used the next day either. It’s for $10 but all the food is more than that. Lastly, yes the elevator situation is ridiculous. I once waited ten minutes to get downstairs because they only have two and they are small and slow. You also need your key to use it so keep it on you if you stay here. Great for safety at least. Overall, the staff is nice, it looks good inside, but check your bedding immediately and prepare to wait for the elevator. My rating is lower because of the bed situation especially. I was grossed out. For what we paid, it was incredibly overpriced on Priceline.

We were here for our family trip. The hotel itself is on the smaller size. But in a very accessible central location which we appreciated. I like the location because even though it felt crowded it was still safe and relatively quiet during nighttime. Bed was very comfortable room was cleaned every day And the hotel staff and team provided an excellent service during our stay. The breakfast was definitely appreciated and quite delicious. The only complain that I have is the shower or washroom. It always floods when 1 takes a shower. Everything else is provided for such as your shampoo, lotion, hand wash, conditioner, and body wash, which was really appreciated.

Be aware of hidden “ resort fee” when booking. Apparently it’s written within fine lines. $25 per night was charged at check out for “ complementary water bottles & slippers”. Whether use them or not you still get charged. No room service on our last day there. When asked why , were told the cleaners were gone for the day. Rooms are very small. No fridge. Wont come back here again. Only one elevator was functioning during the NY’s weekend which made it super difficult. Long wait for elevator use.
