The BEST hotel experience I have ever had!!! From the moment we walked into the building we were greeted by Jenny at the front desk who made us feel like they knew exactly who we were and we're expecting us. She gave us great recommendations of the island including the best locations for the sunset. If you are a lover of sunsets, this hotel has an absolutely incredible view! The service attendants are fantastic, if we needed assistance in our room or with luggage they were quick to help! The serving staff at the hotel restaurant is extremely friendly and accommodating. Our lunches and dinners we mostly had George who was so kind. The breakfast was always headlined by conversations with Kostas, who had helpful tips for whatever our plans where for the day. Rooms were very clean and smell great. Pool area is clean as well! All in all a great hotel with great employees and a great view no matter what time of day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

If I could give 7 stars I would!!! My wife and I visited for our honeymoon in October and had the best time of our lives. The service was amazing, the view was breathtaking and the memories will last us a life time. We definitely will be back!!!

We stayed here recently during our vacation and enjoyed our time here. The view are breathtaking and so beautiful. You can just stare at the sea and landscape from the hotel for hours. Their staff is very friendly, the front desk clerk gave us a great recommendation for a boat excursion which we loved. The rooms were clean but we had to request the hot water to be turned on twice for the sink and shower. The AC would stop working too which he had maintenance fix. Breakfast and Lunch is great here. The pool is nice and inviting. This is a great hotel to relax and have some piece and quiet time.

Wow! I am still in Awe. This was by far one of the best international travel experiences I’ve had thus far thanks to the Volcano View Hotel. I celebrated my birthday here and everything was exceptional from check-in to check-out. Service, amazing! Luxury Accommodations, Amazing! Cleanliness,Amazing! Did I mention the view?? Amazing! The staff great too, especially MINAS who went above and beyond for us! Definitely will be back!
