I stayed from 07/02 to 07/10 Value: It's one of Decolar's cheapest packages, the price is eye-catching and makes us close our eyes. For those who want to save money and don't care about cleanliness, comfort and are determined to go through hardships, you can agree that this is what you will get. Room: My room was dirty, it had clearly not been cleaned and sanitized after another guest left, there were cockroaches in the room and a lot of hair on the bed linen and towels. The bathroom was a special case, every time I flushed the toilet it leaked a lot of water and filled the bathroom floor. The bathtub was dirty, dingy and also leaking a lot of water, whenever I went to take a shower, the bathroom was full of water and I always had to dry it. Host: Marcelo welcomes us very well, a great host, but we had to beg a few times to replace toilet paper, waste from the bathroom, kitchen, change of towels and also to clean the room. Utensils: All utensils work perfectly, including the heater, but the cleanliness literally leaves something to be desired. I will never stay there again Elevator: I stayed in block B. At peak times and when there is a lot of movement, it is almost impossible to use the elevator. It never stops on the floor you are on and it takes a long time to get down or up. I had to go down and up stairs several times for this reason. Lucky I was on the 5th floor Swimming pool: I went up to the top floor where the pool is located, it has a beautiful view, but everything was closed. Can't even get close. Another frustration! Location: great, close to the Universidad de Chile metro, la moneda, a matter of 7 or 9 minutes on foot. There is a market in front of the hotel, bars and restaurants too. Rua Agostinas where the main exchange offices are located is located on the street behind the apartment.

My experience was one of ups and downs, from having good expectations with the reception staff to being a little frustrated due to some aggravating circumstances. These being the lack of hygiene service during my stay, another point are the appliances such as the air conditioning that we were unable to turn on and the heater also did not turn on. My good experience was that the place was very well located with the metro, buses and supermarket. There is a supermarket practically in front of the hotel. Not to mention that it is a separate hotel with almost everything, including: microwave, toaster, two-burner induction cooker, large minibar and electric kettle and complete kitchen kit. Very cozy single and double beds and a very large balcony. As the hotel is located in a residential building, it is constantly moving with people. Our separate hotel block has a damaged elevator, causing stress at times when it is most used. We had to go down and up stairs at least twice. But 3 and a half stars and a good rating.
