Our family had a fantastic stay at Waitomo TOP 10 Holiday Park, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Located in the heart of Waitomo Caves Village, the holiday park's proximity to everything the area has to offer made it incredibly convenient for our family. Just a short stroll away from the renowned Waitomo Glowworm Cave, we were immersed in a world of adventure and excitement right from our doorstep. The park itself boasts an array of thrilling activities and captivating attractions, ensuring that our stay in a 2-bedroom motel was filled with fun and exploration. The excellent customer service provided by the staff further enhanced our experience, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for. We were especially appreciative of the staff who not only ensured our comfort but also went the extra mile to help us book our Ruakuri Cave tour, adding an extra layer of convenience to our stay. We checked in later than anticipated so we didn't get to use the pool and didn't interact with any staff unfortunately. The campsite was clean, there was a school tour there at the same time as us so not necessarily quiet but that is no ones fault. The kitchen was a bit tight but otherwise it was clean and the bathrooms were very tidy. No complaints

Camped at Waitomo Top 10 over labour weekend with a heap of friends and family. Such a great campsite and very friendly staff. The facilities are great with a lovely kitchen, laundry area and nice seating close to the Bbq area. So close to the glow worm caves as well with many other activities nearby. The closest towns are also not to far away if you do forget something and need to pop back into town. All the facilities are very clean and you could see staff around the park every morning cleaning the facilities. Such a relaxing place, great scenery and fresh air.. Just what we needed. Thanks Waitomo Top 10, your service was great and checking in and out is a breeze.
