Super teeny tiny rooms. I put the chair out to accommodate for my luggage. The room were clean and the bed was comfortable. Hotel is quiet and it’s a boutique hotel so you pay for everything you get. We also rented bicycle from hotel which was a good experience. Cycle was well maintained and not expensive than other alternatives.

Good location - beside Tivoli gardens, can walk to most tourist destinations. Friendly staff & good service - especially Clara! Room was a little small, but clean. Adapters available, just ask from the reception. Overall pleasant stay.

I came here with very low expectations and I'm happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised. Even though it was small, the room was modern and clean, the shower was very hot and with very high pressure. Decent selection of TV channels available on the room and the breakfast was decent. A good variety of breads and some fruit options were the highlights. The only downside was the constant hum of the ventilation system.

I stayed here in September and my experience was…not great. This is not a complaint about the rooms-they are microscopically tiny, but the hotel makes that very clear. Nor the price, which is far more than I’ve paid for far better rooms. Copenhagen is expensive. It is what it is. My first complaint is that they never once serviced my room in the entire week I was there, despite me asking 3 times. I feel bad for the maid who had to clean my room that had a weeks worth of trash, but I tried. Second, my fiancé used their laundry service and they LOST some of his items. And still asked him to pay for the service. Then they magically “found” his items. A budget hotel is fine. Small rooms, I can deal with. But the service was so terrible I’d never stay here again.

Really nice hotel, perfect for solo travelers. Room is small but comfortable, really liked it. It was a little noisy outside since I was on the first floor (I had the standard room), but nothing some earplugs can’t fix. It’s really near from the Central Station, which is a plus for ground travelers like me. A 20 minute walk can get you to all of the the touristy attractions and shops. The ground level cafeteria is also great.
