Great location, easy check-in and out! A big plus that there always were staff around. The location was very good considering the price. The rooms were also good, clean and had all the necessary’s. However as a vegan the breakfast was slightly disappointing. Firstly nothing was marked with allergens. And there were only cucumber and bell peppers to put on my toast… But they had cornflakes and almond milk! And the bread options were amazing, lovely bread. They had a vegetarian ham option, but that doesn’t really help the vegans..🌱

3 stars are the perfect equilibrium between the rate of the room and the position in the city. Starting from the last point: this Is perfect. Is confortable to reach every Place by walking, Just 200 m from the Central Square of Copenhagen. Rooms are terrible instead. There Is no space at all and you have the impression to stay in a caravan. No service in the room, no toilet paper replacement and no waste dismantling. Ratio between Quality and price Is not good at all

We loved our time in this hotel. It’s a budget hotel so please don’t expect a 5 star service and pay budget prices. It does exactly what it says on the website. Location, rooms and staff were awesome and we had a fantastic time! Recommend big time!

The location is 10 out of 10. Very close to city centre and metro stations. Everything is more or less in walkable distances including supermarkets and 7-Eleven. From check-in to check-out is well structured and automated. The room cleaning service must be booked in reception a day prior. However, the only pain point was room cleaning. Except providing the fresh set of towels and changing the bin, they have touched almost nothing in the room. Specially the carpet remained dusty all the time during our 3 days stay😢. The hotel attracts so many business clients, if only this room cleaning is improved - then i think nothing can beat the other facilities the hotel provides

Clean and tidy,was exactly what we were looking for on our 3 day holiday,rooms were a bit on the small side but very clean and modern. Our stay was only marred by a ignorant male member of staff at the reception desk who totally blanked us when we arrived despite us saying "excuse me" he never even looked up to say "i'll be with you in a moment" or anything similar,just continued his fixed stare at his computer monitor,not really the type you'd want to greet guests.
