I have now been working with Alexanders Property Phuket for about 6 years. I have three properties in Phuket and they look after all three. The best way I can explain their service is that treat the properties like it was their own always updating me on any recommendations, arranging repairs and maintenance with good reliable servicemen and always giving me suggestions/recommendations on what I could do. The three man team, Bernie, Oli and Duncan are a great team each working to their strengths to ensure property owners get top notch service. I recommend anyone looking for a good property manager to reach out to Alexanders property Phuket. Alexanders Property Management Company have taken care of my condo in Phuket for a few years. I am very pleased with their professionalism and their attention to detail. They have responded to our requests, answered any questions we have and have helped us source new furniture for our condo. They give honest advice and are quick to respond to my queries. They have done a very good job in trying to get rentals on our place and will send me the monthly spreadsheets with the accounts ( but only on request). If you are looking for a professional, reasonably priced and caring management company, look no further!
