Terrible service, it has nothing to do with the concierge, in the OVO building in Wrocław the employees of this company do not even say good morning, let alone any other more complicated task, we asked for a company to clean the carpets, the carpet has been lying around for 7 days, we asked for to do some shopping, and Ms. Valeriia texted us that she was busy now and then finally stated that it was not in the contract and she didn't want to do it... a tragedy, I don't recommend it to anyone.

I definitely recommend it if you are looking for someone who is really good at professional concierge services. I don't know how many times I have used their services, it has been so many!! Thanks to Warsaw Concierge, I managed to go to Dawid Podsiadło's concert, they also organized my dream vacation and found a babysitter. This is a really big help in everyday life.

I was invited for an interview. The conversation took place in a good atmosphere, I had a positive attitude (despite numerous negative opinions on a certain website). After the first conversation, another one was scheduled for a specific day and time with the project PM - I was to receive a link to the online meeting. I waited a few days, there was no link. I called the office 10 minutes before the scheduled interview... it turned out that they forgot about the scheduled meeting, I was apologized and informed that I would receive the link as soon as possible. It's been 2 weeks - there is no link. Already at the recruitment stage, the company showed a lack of professionalism and respect for me and my time.
