Myself and partner came here for our wedding honeymoon, the place was extremely nice however the service was not, the TV promote didn't work, the wifi password we got was not for the wifi we had, we had to wait until the next day to get the service running, it seemed as though there was only one maintenance guy. We asked the reception for toilet paper because we ran out, they said the toilet paper was just a once off roll however the roll we had had already been used of before we arrived as though the people before us left and there was still left over. We then later asked if they had a extra towel for the swimming pool and they said no. The place was beautiful but the customer service needs major improvements.

I stayed at warwaick mansion no :8,I book via Airbnb,I was very disappointed,My check in was at 15:00 when i got there to check inn my host wasnt even there i waited 1 and a half hours for him to come through with my 2 kids that traveled from 3 in the morning,Eventually when he did get to the flat,They started cleaning and made me wait another half an hour,When i finally got to the flat the lady was changing beddings,The flat was dirty,the Lounge set had alot of stains,It is not a safe area at all,And it is not walking distance to the v and a waterfront,The people that live in that building are always complaining abt noise,You cant even talk or the kids couldn't even play,Cos the ppl were complaining of noise,Paying 25k for 5 days thinking you gona stay in luxury believe me rather book in a hotel,I would never recommend this place and also pictures on Airbnb is not what you get when you get there,The only good i can say is the security was great and helpful,

Stayed here for 2 weeks. I was in and out a lot due to model castings daily. The venue is safe and a little expensive but with a good security system although there was no actual security guard. I did encounter a VERY dodgy person outside the building in the street and the police were called. It's in a good area but at night it's quite dangerous. Due to the stalking issue I have poor memories of Warwick Mansions to this day. But the building itself is good.
