My daughter and I had a fantastic stay at The Warwick. It's an amazing building, centrally located to the city, Pike Place, the Monorail, and the Space Needle. Lots of transit all around. As a wheelchair user I found the room and the entire facility to be extremely accessible. The staff were always so cheerful and kind to me. There were lots of accessible outlets for my wheelchair charger and other devices. Phone chargers at the bedside was a nice addition too. The room, oh gosh, the beds were so wonderful. Firm, warm, and luxurious. The entire bathroom was practically solid marble. Even the floor and the soap dish. It was the nicest bath I've ever taken. The bottom floor has a hot tub, swimming pool, gym, and bathroom. All the water was crystal clear. I am a wheelchair user and I can't really walk around well, but once in the pool I was so free, I felt like a mermaid. I could even lift up and carry and twirl around my daughter. The hot tub jets drummed away any kinks in my back. Oh! Each room has its own thermostat. We had set it to be very comfortable and warm. But I had fallen asleep with the back patio door open (yes every room has a patio!!) and since it was in the 30s, I woke up kinda cold. As a disabled person, I was not feeling strong enough to get up and fix the thermostat. I closed the sliding glass door, and then I called down to the front desk. Even though it was 2 am, they brought me an extra blanket. One fun thing was that there was a group of airline pilots and flight attendants staying at the hotel too. It was fun to see them in their uniforms. I recommend this absolutely gorgeous historic hotel to anyone. It was a fabulous stay!

The view of the Seattle skyline is stunning, and the service was excellent – the bartender and front desk staff were very helpful. The room, however, was very unimpressive. As other reviewers have stated, the website photos are much more impressive than the actual experience. The fixtures are dated and the rooms are in need of an update. Overall, a great home base while on a trip, but I would not stay here again.

I've had an amazing stay at Warwick Seattle, the place is clean, the rooms are spacious and the staff are very friendly. Warwick is in the heart of the city with a great view. Would highly recommend. Things to note: food is not included in the price, you'd still have to pay a refundable 300 dollars to ensure no damage to the rooms, some corridors smelled like weed but that's just my experience, the area has a lot of homeless people throughout the night but nothing out of the ordinary for Seattle. Overall I would recommend, it's a nice place and easy to get to touristy places from there.

I used the app hoteltonight to book this hotel about 15 minutes before showing up. When I got here to check in I was told I needed to wait for the site I used to link to their system so they could check me in. I waited an hour in the lobby and finally they felt so bad for me? They overrode the system and checked me in manually? (My best guess for what happened) but why did I have to wait an hour? The pool was sadly frigid. The hot tub was nice. The pool one of the main reason we stayed here. The shower was also freezing, not sure if the hotel doesn’t have hot water or we just had bad timing. Our sink started leaking and they tried for a couple hours to fix it, while we stayed up late watching tv, but were unsuccessful. They did provide us with a free breakfast for the inconvenience which was very nice.
