Stayed there for four nights; it was good and felt comfortable. The rooms are clean and the staff are very nice and helpful; Ghena, the front desk, was very kind, lovely, and helpful in any needs- the outside security as well. The location and good too, many near by restaurants and cafes.

It has been so many years since I have visited my beloved country and birthplace Lebanon! I am so glad I have booked my stay at the Warwick Stone 55. I had such an amazing and fulfilling experience. I have gotten to know almost every staff member at the hotel throughout my 20 day stay and I must say they all felt like a big family to me. I miss seeing their sweet faces and beautiful smiles. Aline the manager was incredibly sweet and kind, always ready to go over and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied with everything. This was also a reflection of the adopted culture by the entire crew starting from the reception, my friend Sleiman, Ghina, Abed, Ibrahim, and Hussein who rotated shifts day and night. Regardless at what time or hour I would arrive at the hotel from my outings they greeted me with such respect, pleasure and genuine interest in making sure I had enjoyed my day or night. This was also true with the maintenance and restaurant personnel Maysah, a lovely young lady and Rajih...I am sure I have missed couple of names here but I can assure you that all of them were just super kind and always ready to accommode. LAST BUT NOT LEAST:) Our parking and security personnel SEVAG, GEORGE AND AHMAD were top notch...Very professional, energetic, active and beyond kind. Always attentive, alert and up on their feet ready to make every moment count...I never once throughout my whole stay had to park my own car! They took care of it all. Real troopers and gentlemen! I feel so blessed and fortunate to have met such an amazing team and had the privilege to enjoy their service. Forever grateful for the experience and the memories. I will for sure return and would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a high quality standard, comfort and proximity to all of the attractions from Beirut, to the cost and all the way up the mountains. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART❤️🥰🙏☺️

With all the crisis in Lebanon, the hotel provided an excellent service for our 3 week stay. The staff were friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. The room was exceptional and clean the breakfast was more than adequate. We couldn't thank them properly as we should because of very early hours but We will definitely stay there again and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. G &S Long
