Awesome place! It fits in with the city well. The staff is extremely friendly and the views are good! We went to the breakfast buffet, which was kinda expensive at 850 pesos. But was totally worth it. Everything we had was good to great. Only thing that was a little troublesome was the drink glasses were very small. The casino and the small bar areas in the front area were both nice. The casino has a few tables and lots of slots. Beers weren't too expensive and easy to come by. Games were fun. We will be back!

I love going to the Waterfront. You can enjoy the very comfy rooms and if you are feeling lucky you can visit the lively casino area where there is fantastic food and entertainment. Just remember to keep it fun in the casino.

This hotel has managed to survive the changes in Cebu and is currently celebrating its 25th year. The current boom in the area c/o the IT Park and new mall nearby makes its location really relevant. The service is also worth commending. If ever, the only areas for improvement are: 1) expediting the check-in/out processes especially during peak periods. The popularity of this hotel makes the queues quite long; 2) renovations. Some rooms and pool area are a bit dated. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel especially its staff.

The Waterfront Cebu City has been around for almost 25 years. Built in 1998, the lobby and casino still looks great and nice. The hallways and rooms are pretty dated. The furnishings and finishes of the rooms are in need of an upgrade. I walked into my room with the toilet still running and I had to open up the tank lid and fix it. The worst part was coming across a small and a medium roach over the course of my 5 night stay. Overall it's not that bad of an option given the other selections in the area. But if you want a nicer place in the IT Park area, I would recommend Seda Central Bloc nearby. The location is not too bad. 5 minute walk to IT Park, 10 min from the mall and supermarket. There's just a pretty busy road that you'll need to cross. It is much quieter than Seda, though, where you'll be hearing music from nearby venues late into the night. The Waterfront is removed enough from all of that so it's quite when it comes to night time. The room service was amazing. The menu has a great variety and the dishes I ordered were all very well prepared. Service was fast, most orders were ready in 25 to 35 minutes and they always give you a call to let you know that it's on the way. The pool was a good size and a good menu for food and drinks to eat at the pool as well. It does go pretty deep (over 6ft) but there is also a shallower kids area as well. The Casino is bigger than I thought. LOTS of game options. Overall, if you don't care about the casino, I would recommend staying at Seda instead. But if you're looking for gaming or quietness in the evenings then this is a good choice as well. Close enough to IT Park with great food options.
