The hotel felt unsafe. The first night we stayed, there was someone sitting in their car for hours - we weren't sure if they were a guest or what was going on and there was a man standing underneath a set of stairs with a number of suitcases for hours. Seemed suspect and made me feel unsafe. The cleanliness could have been better. It was nice that the hotel had a full-size kitchen - the reason we booked it. Like some other reviews indicate - we were missing basic necessities in the room - hand soap. This was resolved easily when we asked for it at the front desk. There are no safes on site - the sign on the back of the door indicates that there are safe deposit boxes at reception but we spoke with staff and management (as staff was unsure) and were told that there were no safe deposit boxes on site. The hotel has potential to do better.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND ITS INCOMPETENT STAFF We had to clean our own room after looking at several and deciding to take the first. Then the following morning 4 Police officers and the house keeping manager who showed us the dirty rooms the night before showed up saying we weren't supposed to be in the room. Turns out they forgot to change it in there system! Imagine being in a room with your children and the police or banging at your door saying your not supposed to in your room! THEY OFFERED US A CREDIT FOR 1 NIGHTS STAY THE THE FOLLOWING DAY THERE WAS ANOTHER ISSUE BECAUSE THE MANAGER KNEW NOTHING OF THE INCIDENT OR THE CREDIT 😂 STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY HAVE A HABIT OF CALLING THE POLICE FOR NO REASON ACCORDING TO THE REVIEWS AND MY EXPERIENCE!

The room was cute and efficient for what it was. Our normal hotel was completely booked, so we came here. When we first walked in the room had an odor, later we would discover the garbage disposal wasn't properly cleaned and it had lots of knats. I killed as many as I could. The bed is super firm and the pillows are not comfortable. Their tvs have direct TV but doesn't allow you to switch the hdmi. The wifi is extremely slow. It's not a bad place to stay but it's not ideal.

Based on the reviews, our expectations were a bit higher than the experience we received. When we arrived, we were told the swimming pool was not open and they were waiting on approval and it would not be available. There was also a problem with the plumbing that was expected to last two days. It lasted the entire week we stayed with them. We were told bottled water would be provided but it was never available. We had a problem with the loudness of the people staying above who were very noisy until banging on the ceiling a few times over the week at 12:30 am would encourage them to stop. When mentioned to the management, they apologized however never appeared to address them problem. This place has great potential and hopefully our experience is not the norm.
