Really happy with my work with WayYoung. I originally got my underarms done with a Groupon, and was pretty nervous. They explained everything to me and were super kind and understanding. When I entered the facility, it was incredibly clean and relaxing. The technicians are also quite thoughtful - they covered my tattoos with paper towels (as a precaution) during the laser procedure. Everything went super fast - you feel more in the first session but by the last couple of ones you don’t feel much at all. All the techs are super kind, understanding, and gentle. I have no hesitation in returning for more work!

I went for laser hair removal and the person at the front desk was great!! The procedure was very smooth. Be warned on more sensitive areas if you have sensitive skin, there can be a lot of discomfort for laser treatment but this is how laser treatments are everywhere. They’re very thorough in letting you know what you need to do to prepare beforehand.

Had my first ever laser hair removal treatment here and I'm so glad I found this clinic. I was nervous but the staff was so supportive, informative and caring. I can't wait to see the results! Will update in a few months :)

I DO NOT recommend WayYoung for laser hair removal at all. After reading my review if you still want to try going here please do yourself a favour and pay for 1 session only instead of a package so that if you change your mind you don’t waste your money. I purchased a Laser Hair Removal Package of 6 Treatments for half legs+underarms+Brazilian for $414.71. Upon my first visit I was told that I have to pay $18 for a disinfection surcharge. No where on the website when I purchased my package did it say that there would be additional charges. This should have been included in the package price as a part of the service since disinfecting is a health standard not a burden to be placed on the customer. Now let’s talk about the treatment. The laser aesthetician does not know how to laser on medium brown skin. She rushed over all areas. When she was done the treatment instead of leaving to give me privacy to wipe off the gel and change back into my clothes, she stayed in the room. The result from this testament is as if I didn’t even do it. It’s been a couple of days and my hair is growing back as if I shaved. I know this is not how it is supposed to be as I have gotten proper laser treatment done in the past in Toronto at Skin Forward. At Skin Forward the results from my treatment was amazing. After just one treatment my hair did not grow back for weeks and when it did start to grow back hairs would fall out showing that the service was effective. Trying to save money I decided to try out WayYoung. This was a bad decision. I only did 1/6 treatments and will not be going back. That’s how you know it was bad if I’m willing to not come back despite not being able to get a refund. Whatever this company tries to reply to my review is only to save their image after providing terrible service.
