The room I stayed in was new, clean and comfortable. I appreciated the attention to cleanliness and hygiene throughout the entire property. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk staff was friendly, making me feel instantly welcomed. The location was convenient, allowing me easy access to the MTR, local food, and a convenience store (7-11).

The room is really tiny and the internet is super slow. Wall is thin and you can basically hear every tiny sound from the next door or corridor. What’s more, the attitude of the front desk is the worst I’ve ever seen before. I asked if it’s possible to do late checkout as I want to have an online meeting at the time I arrive. They wanted me to pay for $150 for just an hour, which is fine. But after I found out how slow is the internet, I just wanted to cancel the late checkout just few hours later and they told me it is not refundable. This is not reasonable to start with, but the manager was just laughing at me when saying no. I cant believe this can be the attitude of a service industry.

You can choose this hotel if you are solo traveler and no much luggage. -the room is match box size, i think 1 abult is the maximum capacity. -have no way to walk in the room while the suitcase is open. -no decent desk and chair so i had to eat on bed! -no refrigerator. ☑️ it's very clean because it's still new. ☑️the washroom is quite normal ☑️can open window for fresh air (most hk hotels lock their room windows) ☑️Safe. The reception staff ask every strange comer. ☑️Not noisy although it's on temple Street
