So dirty. Cockroaches. too small and no space for bags. I had to charge my phone in the bathroom because there was not enough plug. I could hear everyone talking outside. The worst hotel I've ever been. I recommend you pay more to book another hotel.

Our first room was absolutely disgusting. The shower has a ring of scum, mirrors were not wiped down, toilet missing a piece, random splatters on the wall, dirty fridge, etc. We brought it up to the front desk and they offered us another room. The 2nd room was slightly cleaner but still the worst room I've ever stayed in in Taiwan. It's also a long wait for the elevator at peak times as the hotel shares the building with many other businesses.

Hotel was not in a good condition- looked good in first sight but was pretty worn down and dirty- floor, windows, mirror eg were not cleaned. Only good thing was towels and sheets seemed to be fresh. Bed was comfy. Wifi was good, view was nice. Entrance is super hard to find as it is in a shabby mall and there is no sign. You gotta take the lift to the 16th floor. Staff does barely speak English. Check in is strictly 5pm even though hotel was for sure not fully booked.

I did checkin at midnight and my booking be mentioned non smoking however they still gave me the smoking room. After requesting to move another room. They changed me to new room on level 17. And the bathroom seem had been taken shower by someone so it's not dry. I think they need to clean air condition and under the bed. Something is not look like hotel star ⭐⭐⭐. I hope they will try to improve more about ther facilities.
