I was here for three nights. The room was clean and big enough for a single person. Bathroom was clean but it had no shampoo. I guess they expected us to use the liquid soap, but I don't want dandruff. Everyday when I tried to have shower, there was NO hot water, only cold. In the same time, the heating system was apparently broken and couldn't be turned off. I had to sleep with opened windows so that I don't sweat. The staff were very polite, but they help with these problems. The WiFi was free. The only thing good about the location is that it's near bus stop and metro that you can catch to every part of the city

Cons: There were no hot water 3 days in a row. The location is awful - far away from the city center. There were no shampoo. Noisy. Pros: clean rooms, which are warm. Quite big rooms.

Great city hotel !! Nearby main streets, very clean rooms, the staff is polite and helpful. The wi-fi is free and fast. For dinner, we were in the restaurant, excellent service from the waitress, good kitchen and prices. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very high quality rooms and facilities. You can tell there's been a lot of effort put into it. The hotel has a great location , right near Plaza Romania Mall. The service also was at a high standard and they have 24h reception. Only 2 minor issues. There's no parking on-site and the AC is controlled by reception. As a plus, the management is firmly on top of things and everything you report will be taken seriously

The room was ok but not very clean, especially the bathroom. The sheets on the bed had holes in them. The AC didn't work and nobody did something about it and it was very hot, even during the night. We had breakfast included in our reservation. Big mistake. We had to choose between 2 types of cheese, ham, eggs and sausages. Also, we were with a baby and they don't have a chair for them so I had to feed him in my arms
