Western Hotel- Ghayathi took us by surprise. It was one of the best choices of resorts that we had selected. We went with very less expectations given the fact, its out of the city and facilities would be minimal. But it was a world of an experience going to Western Hotel Ghayathi. Being out of the city was good , we enjoyed the peace and quiet. The service was excellent. The rooms were well kept and fully equipped . They cater well to kids. They have a games room. The staff organised different programs during our stay. They were games, movie night for the kids, face painting and so on. Truly an experience for kids and adults. The food was delicious with a good selection. The pool was well kept and maintained. Overall a lovely stay and a memorable experience. I would love to visit again and hopefully soon. A special shout to Kathleen for hearing all our queries and replying promptly. Was lovely to meet you.

We were 2 families with 2 kids from Sharjah and stayed for 2 days. An amazing facility and really pleasant and clean rooms. The hotel is located in a peaceful environment and a morning walk is a must . The staff were very professional and always welcoming with a smile. A special thanks to Mr.Rashini ,Mr. Attaullah and Ms.Jonalyn for arranging our anniversary cake as requested and for the complimentary room upgrade. the only advice i would like to give is to increase breakfast options as it was very limited. apart from this our stay was just perfect . Thank you for giving us such a good experience.

Very good food, service and rooms. The staff is ever ready to help and welcomes you with a smile… food, room service, pool, game room, kids corner, play area everything helped everyone to stay entertained during our 2 days stay.. Roshni at the reception helped us with everything right from booking to our checkout with a pleasant smile. Thanks everyone at western hotel Ghayathi for making it a pleasant stay for our big group.
