Went with my mom and sister. We needed some downtown while grieving the loss of my dad. There was an issue with the size of room we originally booked and without much effort they upgraded us up to a larger suite and made us feel very welcome. Great view, very clean, comfortable setting. Close to the village. Outdoor hot tub was wonderful. Decorated beautifully for Christmas. We would 100% book again. Thank you Westin for always giving 100%. Currently staying at Westin Harbor Castle in Toronto and it’s just as fabulous.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Only disappointment was I requested a robe for the other guest and it never was delivered. Booked a king suite, was nicely furnished with all amenities, clean, and felt safe. Visited during a busy weekend and did not hear additional noise during the night. Located on the edge of the village, a nice (short) walk around the pond to access the village. Not far walk from the slopes as compared to other accommodations. Large restaurant in the lobby for meals, wasn’t concerned on availability. Smaller bar area, but lovely and attentive staff!! Check-in process was long for each in line, and the reception wait area is right beside the door. Would advise to complete mobile check-in if possible to avoid waiting after a long day of travelling. Overall, would return for another stay.

Stayed here for the better part of a week with my family and have to say it was a fantastic experience. The room was perfect, no issues at all and we enjoyed the kitchenette to cut down on costs around the mountain. A bit pricier than other places but it was worth it for us (the bed and pillows were heavenly and we ordered pillows from the Westin Store after we got home from our trip). Other great things: Nice underground parking, beautiful lobby to hang out in, amazing location, great pool, gym and sauna. helpful staff.

We checked in last night and were looking forward to a great weekend away. Our room was lovely with a great view. We booked a room with a queen bed (for my wife and I) and a sofa bed (for my two kids). My son has allergies so we need a duvet and not a blanket (which was provided). Common sense from the front desk went out the window once my wife placed a call asking for additional bedding. The conversation that followed was beyond ridiculous. Should it be so challenging to send up an additional duvet? Once it did come through we found it had a nasty smell (like cigarettes). The second duvet worked. Look at my other reviews. I am generous and give 5 stars for good basic service. This place is an outlier. I am not impressed at all. Our friends, who also checked in with their kids, had the same problem - their daughter also as allergies. I will update this review if management gets back to us.
