Kyle and Grace have been incredibly helpful with guiding through the tour, moving, payment process etc. The condo complex is incredible, there are Pool Tables/ Bowling Alleys. The roof top has an incredible view. This is Seattle Day 1. I will forever remember this.

My lease and move-in process were smooth thanks to Kyle. He is easy to communicate with and helpful with apartment info/questions. My apartment unit is great, I'm happy with it. The appliances are modern and soundproofing is good.

I absolutely loved working with Grace to tour Westlake steps! She was very friendly, understood my requirements and most importantly, very transparent in the whole process which I really appreciate. She picked a great set of units for us to look at and I loved them! Though I did not end up leasing at Westlake, I'd recommend anyone looking for a unit in this neighborhood to check out this apartment.
