Looking forward to my stay here Raquel was very helpful & got me in VERY FAST .. answered all questions and even got me in faster than my expected date !! Thank you for a smooth transition!

so i’ve been living here for about a year now i’ve had minor problems from time to time but today I had a concern that I needed to speak with someone in person about and i’m soooo glad I did! at first the office lady couldn’t do anything for me but then I met and was helped for the first time by the new property manager Mariah Edwards . she didn’t make me feel small or like my situation didn’t matter there was no picking and choosing who to help and what she didn’t want to do like the old property manager cleo and her team use to do. No she listened and gave me good personal helpful feedback and got on the phone right then to help me out ! I really believe she’s here for the people not just here for a paycheck and I hope she rubs off on the other ladies in the office too. maintenance team has been good quick and efficient anytime I needed as well

It is a very beautiful place to live in, Bianca is very sweet and always look out like a sister, however my stay is coming to an end due to some misunderstandings but I am respectful and the staff has been respectful to me I enjoy and love this place.

So far ..Property responds well to maintenance issues and takes great care of the looks of the complexes. However the mailboxes are consistently being broken into and not properly fixed or monitored. Also calling the main office forwards you to their call center where they take messages but it's been 1 week and 2 days since and nothings been done regarding the mail break-in issue.
