This property is trying to cheat people with 1. False discounts 2. 15 year old irrelevant photoes 3. backcharging credit cards with "canceled" stays. AVOID THIS DECREPID SCAM PROPERTY!!!!!

To begin with I do not recommend anyone book there.. not for more than 400 baht a night. My story is as follows.: I went there for my booking and there was a lady and a gentleman in the narrow reception area .I asked to see the room before I pay. She looked at me like she wanted to kill me and kept a negative attitude all the way. She took me to an undersized room for witch they should ask half of the price they are asking , where the air conditioning was just a fancy ventilation. I asked if there is another room I can see with at least an working AC unit. She reply with the. same rude demeanour that all the roooms are the same and I can cancel if I want. In my way out as I am a,polite person I apologized to the gentleman and I told him that I want to cancel. In top of everything they reported me to Agoda as no show. which eventualky determined me to write this review as initially I did not want to do it

This guest house is right at the corner of a Sukhumvit road,. We arrived there in the morning. The room was not ready yet. So we were told if we want to upgrade to an other room we had to pay 300 baht more. Which we happily did as it was around 9 in the morning. The the room was small but it was good for a couple,bathroom was clean with hot shower. Though you could hear the traffic sound even if you are inside your room but that sound is not much loud one could sleep soundly. The BTS train stations are very near from the guest house. The nearest one is BTS Asok. Terminal 21 shopping Mall is also located next to BTS Asok. If you don't mind walking, you can also walk to Soi Cowboy and Nana Plaza. There are so many bars and restaurants in the area and so are Indian restaurants. The staff was nice and friendly. Highly recommended to stay if you Do want to stay near Sukhumvit and want to explore the area.

Great location.... Bit noisy at times. Not sure how secure it is since staff seem to wander away sometimes although they are super relaxed and nice. T.V.s in room seem to be decoration since they never work, but there is plenty to do in BKK to be occupied and entertained. Very very thin blankets on beds- not the most comfortable. Tuk Tuk mafia outside. Clean and fits my needs for price and location. Plus Amazing coffee shop downstairs.
