We stayed in total of 4 nights and were greeted with very friendly and welcoming staff. We decided to stay in Hoi An to relax but appreciate the information staff provided us from tours to restaurants to eat and visit. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from old town but there are complimentary bicycles which were so convenient and fun to ride around old town as well as through the rice paddys which are right next to the hotel (you can also ride to the beach). There were plenty of local food options within the area as I like to eat more of the local dishes at a cheaper price compared to the places inside old town. The rooms were spacious and very clean. On our last night we sought help from the hotel to arrange for airport transfer as we had an early flight, they even prepared a breakfast to go with some pastries, bread with butter/jam and fruits. Thank you Golden Pearl hotel we will definitely stay again next time.

Really nice hotel with big and clean rooms. The employees are very friendly and service minded. They will inform you what are the best places to eat and where you can do your shopping. The hotel provides free bicycles so it is easy to get to the old town. After a day in the town you can enjoy the pool in the hotel to cool down

The room was okay. The airconditioner was old and did not cool properly. It was quite warm the two days we were there. So we decided to try the ceiling fan, to our disappointment it was broken. The water in the bathroom did not drain properly there and it was always really warm in there, causing us to start sweating right after our shower. Also the noise in the hotel was a bit bad for our rest. People screaming and some construction. Some pro's of our room were that we had a really great view from our room and it was quite large. Also the swimming pool was very big, had a terrace, mini gym next to it and you could get a massage if you wanted. I did get the impression that the staff was trying really hard. They were very kind and helpful, bicycles were free to take. The breakfast was okay as well! The surprise came when we wanted to check out. We tried our best to not take any of the extra water that we had to pay for, however the staff did not explain clear to us what was free and what was not. They charged us 60.000 Dong for 4 small bottles of water. Which is 3x more expensive that the supermarket which was literally next door. If we had known we would have just gone there and bought 1.5L bottles for even less. Since we were in a hurry that morning we could not refuse the 60k fine and we were really upset about this. If you decide to go here, tip: Do not use the snacks / water in the rooms but buy them up front at the supermarket next door!

Very charming hotel with a wonderful staff. Just outside of the hustle of Hoi An this hotel is in a perfect location about 15 minute walk from all the top spots. They offer free bicycles for anyone that want a quick ride to their destination. We enjoyed their breakfast as it was ample amount of food to get a good start to the day. The pool is very charming and is the perfect spot to relax after a long day exploring the city. The reception is very helpful in recommending and booking any tour you would like to experience while in Hoi An. Our room had great views of the city and we spent time on the balcony enjoying the views of the rice fields in the distance.
