White Whale Beachfront Pool Villa

My partner and I spent 6 nights here. The experience does not justify the price that they charge. Had several issues during our stay 1.Initial check in was with a room with a pool without a proper working pump and clearly had dirty green water that had been sitting for a couple days. They did switch us to a different room with a working pool 2 days later. Once the 2. Our water was shutoff (without notice) we did not have access to bathroom facilities during this time. We were told 30 minutes, we finally had running services 3.5hours later. They did accommodate us with water to help flush the toilet. 3. The running water had no temperature control, the water was either ice cold of burning hot. (In the shower) While the views are spectacular and the overall layout of the villas are awesome, we wouldn't recommend staying here especially for the price being spent. Our recommendation to the resort would be to invest in civil service maintenance and improve on customer service. (When we asked for things to get fixed they essentially laughed us off)

The scenery was simply breathtaking, making every moment spent in our room a true delight. It was evident that the staff took great pride in their work, as our room was consistently perfectly made, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The resort's location is a major advantage. Situated in a quieter part of Koh Samui, it spared us from the hustle and bustle that plagues other tourist-heavy areas. Here, you can truly have a peaceful and romantic holiday, away from the crowds and noise. Breakfast was included in the package. The restaurant offers a wonderful selection of dishes, complemented by great coffee. We cherished our mornings here, with a fantastic view. Additionally, the resort is conveniently surrounded by a variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance, right along the beachfront. (I will be reviewing some of these separately.) However, there were a couple of aspects that piqued our interest during our stay. The water temperature in the shower was somewhat binary, alternating between scorching hot and cold. While the room featured a gigantic bath, we hesitated to use it as it seemed like it would take hours to fill. On a more positive note, the resort provides paddle boards and canoes, offering a lovely opportunity to explore the coastline. Paddling up the coast was a delightful experience, and we appreciated the chance to enjoy the pristine waters. In conclusion, the White Whale Beach Resort in Koh Samui is a haven for couples seeking a serene and romantic getaway. With stunning room views, friendly staff, a peaceful location, and a delightful breakfast, it's a solid choice for a relaxing holiday. While there were a few minor quirks, they didn't detract significantly from our overall experience. We'd gladly return for another stay.
