SCAM WARNING! This is a scam, once they got your credit card details, they will make unauthorised transaction on it. I booked 4 months in advance, with a deposit of 1/3 at booking, and the rest 30 days before. They took my card details and took the full amount and more within 1 month of the booking, well before the 30 days. They do not respond to emails, messages or answer their phone. In fact their landline number is a fake number, clear sign of scammers. So I cancelled my booking with the agent, I was on a fully refundable booking, and they refused to give me my money back. Even the agent have no joy contacting them. So when I got to London, I decided to swing by and check on them, turns out that at the address, it is a private family home and not any kind of holiday accommodation. Took me 3 months before I finally got my money back from my back and they still dare to challenge the chargeback even though all documents show that I fully complied with the terms and conditions for refund. Please do not be scammed by these thieves!
