I recently visited this Resort on a small vacation with family. The location and facility was really nice and clean. The down side was the fact that I rode a motorcycle to try and enjoy some of the cool weather as my family was in an automobile. I was told at the gate that I could NOT enter the property because I was on motorcycle. When I booked the AirBNB nothing stated that I couldn’t enter with motorcycle or needed any kind of special pass. Nothing was posted outside of guard gate and owner was not aware of this NEW rule. The security guard let me in with pass then threatened to tow bike because of where it was parked. It was parked correctly in designated parking space. Tow truck stopped by twice at 4am in the morning to tow I guess. VERY SAD THAT THIS OFFENDS SOMEONE!!! I will NOT be returning to this facility. With or without my motorcycle. Absolutely ridiculous!! Almost ruined my vacation. HOA or management needs a check up.

Great great location. 24/7 security at gate. Someone always watching. Exceptionally clean facility and neighborhoods. Well managed. We rent a house with four bedrooms at least with 3 bathrooms. Most have great game rooms in garage. Bring a couple pods for dishwasher and washing machine. Homes have central air. 7 minutes to closest Publix. You can Door dash anything. Very safe gated community. Only for draw back is quiet time starts at 2300 every night. No noise. No loud music. So I'm not longer the ultimate party animal but what about family parties? Otherwise the resort is gorgeous. You feel as if you live here. Community pool has a kids section with clubhouse. Food and alcoholic beverages are available.

It is a good place to stay but the security guys at the front gate treat the guests very bad. They banned me just because I went to pick up and drop off my friends who were staying there. They said I wasn’t in the guest list and when I left after I dropped my friend at their place they told me I wasn’t allowed to come back to this place. I told them that was ridiculous! Because I wasn’t even staying there. My friends already made a complaint because the owner of the place told them they were allowed to receive visitors. I’ve been to a lot of vacation rentals to visit friends and the security guys never treated me this way. Shame on you!

Have been trying to get in touch with a property manager and cannot find a contact. Playground on the grounds is very dangerous. My child fell and landed on the OPEN clamps holding the equipment together and had to be rushed to ER for stitches. This is not in any way affiliated with the home we stayed at, which was beautiful and amazing. This is the playground the main resort offers. Please have someone contact me!

This place is amazing! I booked thru AirBnB, and the check in process was simple and easy. I like that we get a guest pass that allows us to enter and leave without having check with the guard house. Additionally the condos are very spacious. 3 rooms 2 bathrooms was the one I chose and we had space for six people, however we could have had more since one of the rooms was configured to allow 4 people to stay.
