I have been living in Wine Castle with my family over a year now and not planing to go anywhere for a while. This place is perfect in every way. First of all the owners of this place Ana and Gia are most generous and nice people I have ever met. They are kind, helpful and extremely friendly. Always ready to fix any problem and always making sure the hotel gives top notch service.secondly the hotel itself is located in one of the safest and nicest part of Tbilisi, view is overlooking entire city and the view is breathtaking. Price of the place is below what it should be for this kind of place. I highly recommend Wince Castle and thank you Ana and Gia for being amazing hosts

Sadly, the owners of this place and the hotel manager are very two faced. They are very nice at first looking for great reviews but if that is not needed they are nasty and will not help you if you get in trouble or need help. I had stayed in this hotel giving them business but as soon as i needed temporary help, they treated me like a pest and during when i fell ill with the flu. No sense of human decency, just nasty people. They advertise as great romantic getaway, perfect for families and kids but the walls are so thin that even talking at a normal voice at night can be heard by the room next door!! I literally can hear all the conversations of the people in the next room. Stay elsewhere!! And if anything breaks, they will find anyway to blame you and make you pay for it even if it's not your fault such as the curtain falling or the shower wheel breaking.
