Worst hostel I've ever stayed at. We checked in at 23 so it was quite late. Already the lobby smelled very strange, like wet dog, alcohol and something moldy. There's old smelly men sleeping on the couches. Our room was in the top floor and it looked okay, but in first ten minutes we found out there's a mouse under one bed, and after a while I saw bedbugs. We left at 1am and changed hostel.

This place is honestly one of the most uncomfortable hostels I’ve stayed in and I’m not just talking about the thin, metal spring mattresses. Every time we walked in or out of the hostel we were greeted with glares from the massive group of old men that occupied all common areas. The men were very intimidating and it was overwhelming just trying to get into the kitchen area. Speaking of the kitchen area, it was permanently covered in food stains, horrible mouldy food smells and dishes that were left to dry because there are no towels to dry anything. The dishwashing liquid provided is so watered down that it doesn’t clean anything and countless dishes reeked of raw fish. The bathrooms here are revolting. The toilets stink like they haven’t been cleaned in months, there is urine all over the floor and the hand towels weren’t replaced once in our stay here. One of the shower blocks on our floor was locked and unoccupied for 2 of our 3 nights and the other one overflowed and flooded the room within 2-3 minutes of showering. Also none of the air conditioners work even though they advertise air conditioners and the wifi works maybe 2-3 hours a day and is unavailable all other times.

STOP! DO NOT STAY HERE I DON'T CARE HOW CHEAP IT IS. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. The room was hot with a small window letting in the mosquitoes. There was air conditioning but it was stuck on 28°C because they apparently lost the remote. WiFi didn't work anywhere. In what seemed to be a dodgy part of town. Slept with one eye open and swapped buses so I only had to stay for 8 hours.

Host isn't friendly. We had problems with not receiving our info on time so we we had to do last minute administration to send our passports, before we gained access. He send us the info by mail 2 hours before arrival, luckily we had our smart phones with us so we saw the mail arrive and could do the necessary, but I can imagine that this wouldn't be the case for everyone..wonder what would've happened if weren't able to send our info as he said he wouldn't let us in if he didn't had our info. The free parking included is also just parked outside if you are lucky enough to find a free spot. Which we didn't... Appartment is small but nice. Beds are comfy. We had to leave half an hour before check out time as well as the cleaning lady all ready was knocking on our door before we were ready... And was waiting till we left, she was friendly and had patience, but this doesn't make you feel very welcome at all...
