We had a fantastic time at this hotel. We had been travelling for a while and booked a few nights here to relax and we were not let down. The staff go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and we enjoyed talking to everyone there. The drinks and food at great and the rooms are extremely spacious. The grounds and pool area are perfect, and whilst the location is slightly out of the town, the free shuttle is so helpful, they’ll even pick you up too. All in all, it was a great stay, would definitely recommend this place.

We have been traveling Asia since August and have stayed in many large, highly rated hotels, as well as smaller boutique hotels. This is a smaller boutique hotel located within minutes of town center, Siem Reap. Of all the hotels, large and small, that we have stayed in during our travels, this place proved to be one of the most enjoyable, comfortable, and service-oriented places we have stayed. The room was immaculate, and the Air Conditioning kept our room perfectly accommodating. The weather was quite hot and humid, so after touring for 8-10 hours, coming back to a cozy, air conditioned room felt like home. The king-sized mattress was so comfortable, and the separate shower and tub were convenient. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant by the Rooftop the first night. Then my wife reserved dinner at a highly rated restaurant in town center the next night. For us, the food at our hotel was much better than that of the highly rated restaurant and other local restaurants we ate at, so we decided finish our stay enjoying breakfast and dinner at our hotel. The cook and servers are extremely professional and always smiling. The landscaping, greenery, and pool made it so relaxing. Every morning we would go sit by the pool with our coffee and fresh fruit. We would drop off our laundry, which was cleaned, and neatly folded when we returned. We highly recommend Won Residence , and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely charming place. The staff is always smiling and warmly assisting anytime. The rooms are comfortable and cosy. The place is ideally located and we recommend to have dinner and cockatils on the rooftop. The food is tasty and dishes are refined (we tried local food Banh Chev, and chicken cooked in pandan leaves). Massage are so relaxing as well. Can only recommend this place and thank again all the staff for their amazing job.

My stay here cant be better! I just need to recommend this place 100%. This is a boutique hotel with only 12 rooms and the team take care of every detail of the guests. The hotel arrange pick up from the airport, they inform you during the check in all you need to know for the stay and give you recomendations on tours. They can arrange also tuc tuv and tour if you want to. The hotel restaurant was super good, the continental breakfast they offer is great and tasty. They offer alsp lunch and dinner with options of local food and western. The hotel are under renovation the rooftop bar, unfortunately I cant enjoy it but hope to get back soon to see it. All the hotel team is super helpful, kind and supportive make your stay easy and chill.

We stayed four nights and absolutely reccomend this boutique hotel. The Staff were polite, responsive and very engaging. Always had a big smile and ensured our stay was perfect. Breakfast was always personalised and presented promptly. Range of coffees, juices and bakery basket, complimented the range of eggs. It's very rewarding for traveler's to stay at owner operated small hotels and have exceptional experiences, over nondescript big chain hotels. Mr Prim and his team have done a remarkable job in delivering a consistent service experience that is value for money.
