Omg!!! I walked in the room with my friend who lives in Miami… we opened the old refrigerator that had rust stains on it and had to kill a live roach. I saw other bugs as well that I couldn’t identify. The in room info sheet states that housekeeping is available every 14 days. The elevator was out of order for 4 days out of my 7 day stay. I was on the 3rd floor. This hotel is the worse I’ve ever been in. I couldn’t get a room at another decent hotel because it was last minute. Miserable and disgusting experience. Its a week since I left the hotel and I still have not received my $100 deposit ! If I could give the hotel zero I would.

Horrible experience!!!. Nasty, smells horrible, not receptionists available, police came that night to the hotel because someone from the hotel call the place since was smelling Marijuana and not good people there. We were scared to stay there, was dirty, not for families, it looks a hotel for homeless. Police came that night and explained that the place is not safe so we just left ang went to look another place, not refund yet, EXPEDIA recommend this hotel, I don't know how??? Is horrible.

horrible the seats were ripped it smell like marijuana. The faucet was clogged the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. The shower had low pressure the bed mattress would move bad hotel. and you can hear the people crawling on top of the roof and nearby other rooms. 10 out of 10 do not recommend don’t come to this horrible infested place.

Very Nice. View of the highway and a canal . Rooms are spacious, kitchen is a good size (only wish the stove was bigger to cook all meal at the same time, but it's durable) Bathroom is a nice size to where you don't feel claustrophobic . Shopping as such - Walmart, Publix, fresco supermarket less than 10 minutes. Highway (turnpike) and US1 close by. The staffs are super Friendly. Always there if you have concerns or just to say hi. Now the GM of the Hotel Wow what can I say he really goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is as pleasurable. Been to some extended stays while traveling and he is literally one of the best ones I have came across by far. WoodSpring is my to go stay . Thank you all for this Amazing stay.
