Terry did an excellent job getting us checked in. The room was alright. Very clean but missing a few essential items. There was not any Kleenex or soap/shampoo/conditioner. We got there later in the evening and decided to order in. Sadly, the restaurant didn’t provide any utensils or napkins. Once again, Terry came to the rescue and provided some plastic forks. The customer service here is top notch.

Overall experience was terrible. Check in time was 3 pm. We showed up a little after 5 they tell us our room is going to take another hour almost, until it’s finished…. So the room would be ready 3 hours after check in… when there is a 4 hour time frame between the last guest check out and new guest check in for the rooms to be cleaned... we had to get ready for our event in the lobby restroom which was a one stall bathroom so we had to rush because someone was already knocking to use it. When getting back from the event exhausted it took another 15 minutes because the receptionist had to re-register our keys 3 times because they simply wouldn’t work! Once in the room there are no toiletries, the toilet seat was loose and wobbly & there were specks of blood on the ceiling. It most definitely was not worth $125 when I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels with a better experience. Will not be staying here again.

Location was great and the room was spacious. The halls did smell like weed and cigarettes but I was willing to come back until I had a spider crawl up my arm while I was soaking my feet in the bath.

If you're looking for a clean and comfortable stay. Here you go. Staff is super friendly and relatable. Rooms are clean. No bugs. No loud noise with the exception that the walls are thin. So if you have kids or walk heavy you will hear occasional thumping depending. To which first floor is recommended for those folks. Some folks that stay dont adhere to rules so they are the ones whom would a bad review which isn't fair as it's not the hotel/staff fault those kind ruin the experience. If you're being romantic with your mate the neighbors may hear that as the beds shift. Lol. AC works wonders for whatever temperature you're looking for. You're in the center of everything as far as attractions.. grocery store and even a 7-Eleven within walking distance. Small Gym and Laundry room onsite ( but usuallyonly 2-3 washers are available... Overall... short or extended you will have a memorable stay. Much love to April... Sarah... Milagros... Marinela (sorry if mispelled) Terry... and some others whom hsve since moved on.... but just all round down to earth helpful folks. Housekeeping and Maintenance staff are amazing too! A chapter in my book of life I won't forget. Hands up 🙌 the best Woodspring Suites in Orlando! Authentic review as I'm very picky being a germophobe and having extreme OCD. But everyone's experience is tgeir own. Wish you pleasant stay. Enjoy and be blessed! 😇

Bed bugs beware….. I recently stay there on 11/4/23. I was was asleep for 15mins when I felt something bite my finger . I looked and seen there was a bed bug. I went to the front desk to let them know and they offered to change rooms . I declined and told them I would like a refund . They proceed to tell me that I would need to wait for a manager . The next day the manager was suppose to call me but never did . I had to call her . The manager April told me I would need to call her back so I can speak with the general manager. Today I spoke with the GM who was rude and told me I would need to wait for pest control to confirm the bed bugs. I took a picture of the bed bug as evidence when I got bit . The GM also hung up the phone on me. I will be following up with the BBB and getting a refund from my bank. Stay away from this hotel unless you want to get bitten up !!!!!
