I would like to update my review. I was contacted by the GM in regards to my son's stay. He apologized that the policy was not explained before paying and for how the operations work. But explained this is what keeps their pricing competitive. He was so great to even comp 1 night for my son's stay. His customer service and follow up was greatly appreciated. Read the fine print. Never have I ever had to pay for additional linens or buy kitchen utensils & cookware. This, however, was not explained until after checking in and making payment. There is a Marriott in the same parking lot, stay there instead.

First the entire 4th floor smelt extremely pungent of either Chinese food or Indian food to the point it was seeping into our room. Which is unacceptable to the other guests. Room was nice at first but after taking a closer look there were little hairs all in the bedsheets as well as the shower which looks like it was wiped down with a dirty towel. Disgusting 🤢 Also road noise from the freeway can be heard in the rooms.

I've been here for over a month now and the rooms are very nice with very comfortable beds. The kitchens are a huge plus especially if you plan for a longer stay. And the front people are amazing and nice they truly take care of there guests and care for there guests.

First of all the staff is FANTASTIC 10 STARS. Sal the manager is the best of all the hotels I've ever stayed at. He really cares about his job and his customers. He is friendly and professional. Louis, Isaac, Liz, Paula and all the staff has been so wonderful. They provide exceptional customer service and are all so kind. There is someone at the front desk 24/7. The hotel is clean and fresh. It's in a new and upcoming area. It's quiet and safe. The parking lot is well lit up at night. It is located in an area called Marketplace which has a movie theatre, restaurants, grocery, fuel etc. Close if you want to walk or if you want to order door dash, uber eats etc. The hotel is perfect for long or short term stays. I just so happen to be here long term. The kitchen is great. It has a full size sink, refrigerator and microwave. The air conditioning works great. The water pressure in the shower is great. The rooms are a great size. Because the hotel is fairly new the flooring, TV, closet area, drawers and cabinets are all new and modern. The bed is super comfortable (that's super important). I've stayed in hotels all over the U.S. long-term for projects I am on and this one hands down is the best one. I have had ZERO issues here and so far I've been here 5 months. Management will not hesitate to address any issues if you have any. I'm not sure why there are some negative reviews because this place is a palace compared to other extended stays. Not all customers are responsible people and you can't please everyone.
