I stayed in a dorm with no aircon. So it was warm. But clean. Friendly. Great location with the main night life right out in front. Lots of restaurants. Close to convince store.

The main receptionist has little English and this perhaps caused confusion when he didn't honour a booking I had made in person with him for a specific room a day earlier. This meant I was put in another room on the top floor. Don't stay in these, they are metal containers exposed to the sun all day with no AC, honestly my room was a furnace. I'm sure you could have a good cheap stay here but it's not guaranteed..

Zero stars. Booked it for three nights, when I arrived they asked me to pay 20 dollars instead of 5.49Dollars. After the question, why this is the case they shouted at me and I had to get out immediately, "if am not willing to cooperate with their prices, than they will not have me". A bit confused I did not get the situation and asked again and the situation escalated. I would really want to know what I did wrong but they literally threw me out, just because Iwas trying to check in. Worst hostel experience in 4 months travelling. Just sad. I will also announce this to hostelworld.

This is the worst hotel I have ever interacted with. We reserved rooms for 2 days and ended up being too sick to travel to Siem Reap on the first day, so we called them at 9am (long before our pre-scheduled check in time) and asked if we could change our reservation and come the next, still staying 2 nights. They said that would be just fine and they would prepare our rooms for the following day. The next day we receive a call from the manager, who is yelling at us for not showing up the night before and requiring us to pay for the night plus the 2 nights we actually reserved. We said we would talk about it when we arrived. One hour later, we received another call from the same man continuing to yell at us and not allowing us to remind him that he was the one that said it was okay for us to change our reservations. He yelled for 5 minutes then said we were no longer allowed to stay at the hotel. We had already placed a down payment on our room of $44 and he will not give it back, even though we never stayed there. They stole money from us. NEVER STAY HERE EVER.
