Maro, the owner of the PattayaLand properties is an unreasonable, unethical thief and a self-entitled conman. He acts reasonable but is not, and WILL TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT IN ANY WAY HE CAN. When we arrived after 2 days of travel, he required a deposit as a private transaction, not administered by AirBnB, and basically forced us sign a document that allows him to spy on us, and fine us if we do things he doesn’t like. There are cameras all over the property, even over the pool where we swim. When the cleaners came to clean, he also came and looked through all our rooms and stayed for over an hour. NOT WELCOME. He subsequently took $600 of our deposit in the form of a fine, because my guest drove a car into the driveway to drop off some food. We caused no damage. No receipts were provided. Completely unreasonable. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN.

Worst experience ever, total rips offs, they filmed us with CCTV in all areas !!! Used it to say we broke their insane rules ! And kept our deposit, NO hot water showers. Location bad no foot traffic or passing, cars must walk out. I have not a single good thing to say about their service, every act is made to corner guest so they can over charge and keep the deposit, crooks, beware.
