I travel extensively and this is the second worst hotel I’ve stayed at in my thirty years of travel Myself and three friends stayed here for a conference. The room had a moldy smell. It also didn’t have any comforters on the bunk beds and no bath towels stocked. We also found out when we got to the room that neither of the two safes were working. We called down to housekeeping and they sent a person to fix the safe. He didn’t fox it and he was rude to my friend who was waiting in the room so he could fix it. When they brought towels they only brought us 4 towels for a room that sleeps 8. The floors weren’t clean, they did t provide housekeeping the second day, and the bunk bed mattresses were super uncomfortable. One of our beds was in such disrepair that the bottom of the bed hung down and almost touched the floor! The bathtub didn’t drain well and it took us two days to get a roll of toilet paper when we ran out. Other conference attendees had issues such as rat poop in their bed, blood on the sheets, bed bugs, and mold in the room. Many other conference attendees left and went to stay at other hotels. They also said if our conference were at this hotel next year they would skip coming all together because they had such a horrible experience. This is not a resort! I have stayed at multiple resorts in Orlando that were clean, quiet, and had excellent service. I’ve never stayed at a resort that was in such disrepair with such poor service. You could literally choose a Motel 6 and have a nicer room than staying at this Wyndham. You are better off staying at any other hotel in the area.

The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It should legitimately be condemned. The location is great (on I Drive) but it is right beside a busy gas station, which sucks. The “resort” has potholes for days on their streets. The rooms are not handicapped accessible as there are no elevators to get to the rooms that are on the upper floors. So if you’re carrying a suitcase or bag, be prepared to get in a workout. The resort is not a closed resort and it offers no safety measures, especially for people traveling alone, women, or families with children. The rooms are beyond gross and unclean. I had bugs on my bed and had to get moved twice. The rooms are smelly, musty, and old. Carpets are old and never cleaned. There’s no mattress protector on the mattress so the streets are directly on the mattress. Housekeeping did not come at all to clean the room(s) while I was there so it was hard to get clean towels and wash cloths, or even new sheets. Also, the air kept shutting on and off. My keys were always deactivated even though they were never placed by a phone. So I had to go up to the main lobby, which can be a far walk, considering on which building they put you in. It was incredibly janky. Wyndham should be ashamed. Do yourself a favor and stay at a Marriott or Hilton that is relatively close by. The only reason why I stayed here is because my job was attending a conference and this was the only hotel that could accommodate such a big group - go figures. How in the world does this place have 3.5 stars is beyond me. I’m assuming because the location is decent. STAY AWAY.

While the location is convenient, traffic is a nightmare and there is an issue with panhandlers. My room on this stay was average for comfort. Service is where they have issues. Getting your room serviced is hit and miss. I didn't have a Do Not Disturb sign, so there was no reason for them to skip a day (no published policy on service every other day either). Food at the poolside grill and bar was poor to average, depending on what you ordered. Burgers, average. Chicken tenders, my experience was not good. Came pre-sauced and no napkins or silverware. No attention from the wait staff until I left after the waiter said no charge and didn't bring a bill. Would not want to stay here a fourth time. Three bad experiences and you're out. Oh, and they really should clean their AC units. Probably the reason I've started coughing. And, there was a coffee machine in the room .. they provided K-cups .. brewer didn't use K-cups.

I generally don’t leave reviews, but I leave this review in hopes that someone else can avoid the bad experience we had. This hotel is located in an area where security is extremely important. This hotel left me feeling unsafe. The cleanliness of this hotel was also a problem. It didn’t appear that the rooms were cleaned between guests. When one of our party asked for new towels they were told they weren’t on the list of rooms to give new towels to that day. Another person in our party turned on the heater and the fire alarm went off. Even worse was the fact that no one responded to the alarm. When trying to call the front desk no one would ever answer the phone. When you check out their website you will notice there are no pictures of the rooms.

I stayed this weekend and everything went perfect. Our room was clean, we had clean sheets, the mattress was perfect. No bugs as the last reviews shared. So overall was perfect. The only thing we would mention is that the breakfast wasn't included on the package and was overpriced $40 + taxes. We came with our dog so it's great that it was pet friendly! We will totally come back the next time we visit Orlando!
