What an excellent stay! The staff was so helpful during check in, And most of it, the hotel is so clean. Since we were transiting in Shanghai for a quick meeting, this location is convenient. It just between the airport and city area, but no traffic. Then, their provide free shuttle to the pudong airport and Disneyland! Definitely will come here again if I had another chance! ☺️

Recommend this hotel as an elegant, clean, modern, pleasant Place in Shanghai. Professional staff, good level of english. Super breakfast.

Advertise rooms for 499rmb, advert had in small print when I went back to check that is a room with no window. It was not even in the Wyndham but the Novotel area. Asked for another 600rmb to move, which was higher than the online price they had up. When I said no, only 500 rmb they grabbed it quick. The night before at another Wyndham and had a proper room for 480rmb. This is bad practice Wyndham and I will reconsider using your chain again. Went to have buffet dinner and told no guests, yet it was open no signs saying private function and less than half full. Felt it was just the fact they didn’t want westerners in there. Was also refused entry to the buffet area. Told it was a private function but there were no signs saying it was and offered the only menu for foreigners, which is basic junky style food. Was told to go to the Chinese restaurant on the second floor.
