Warning! We were robbed at this place. It was a nightmare!! Please, by absolutely any means consider to stay at this place!! We had planned to stay for nine nights and in the meanwhile to make some short trips while being in Athens. Unfortunately, we were robbed when we went to Crete. Nobody forced the door, clearly someone with the door password entered and stole a very valuable belongings. When we came back from our first trip at 11 pm, the flat was a mess; we immediately contacted the company: “Upstreet”, but they never responded. It was 11 pm. They answered our messages until almost 12 hours later. They left us alone. we had to look for a hotel at that time. When finally Upstreet contacted us, they offered to pay the two remained nights we did not used; this meant only the 10% of everything we spent and lost as a consequence of this very unfortunate event. Watch out, this company has other flats in Athens, if you care about your safety keep away from these people!!

Enjoyed my stay at WYZ appartements! I had a lovely studio, very confortable with calm and relaxing ambiance with a balcony. New furniture and appliance. Practical location, near the downtown but at the same time far from the city noise. 10 minutes walking to Syndagma. Would love to come back for every stay in Athens.

10 day stay. Best thing here is the price. Clean modern rooms. Everything you need, except maybe a toaster. Nice bed, nice swower and bathroom, good A/C, cable TV, fast quiet elevator. Close to supermarket, coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants. Just over a mile to the center. This is not a hotel, its more like renting an apartment, no front desk, so you're on your own, checking in and adking questions by message, which is pretty timely, you have to do your own cleaning and laundry. The cleaning person I encountered in the hallway was rude, and indifferent, they won't lift a finger to help you with questions or anything, and absolutely ignored me like i was a ghost, when I tried to talk to her. There is a balcony. You can't hear your neighbors much, but the road noise is constant, as it's right on a busy street. Parking is not available, and although not impossible, would be very difficult. It's an OK place to stay for the money.

My husband and I stood at WYZ Apartments in the week of July 8th, 2022. Very clean modern and comfortable place! Their Customer Service is on point. We needed to get in touch with them in the middle of the night, and they responded and assisted us promptly! Conveniently located to walk distance from Acropolis! The caffe and supermarket so close it is a plus! Very inexpensive place but with high quality! Love it!!!! I recommend this place 100%. The only thing I was disappointed about was that they don’t change sheets or towels during your stay! My recommendation to WYZ management is to provide this service to be on point! Ana and Marcos
