What a beautiful and quaint little cottage with colonial British architecture. It's a one storey house with three ensuite rooms, a living room, kitchen and dining room with a manicured front yard. We had the cottage to ourselves and a butler on call, who would serve her breakfast and dinner. It truly felt like staying at home, and it is well-situated close to St. Xavier's Church and a 15 minute walk to the city centre. The rooms have antique wooden furniture, beautiful almirahs and dressing tables, and the bathroom has a cute telephone-style shower head. The only downside is it can get cold and the heaters aren't too strong.

We selected this place to stay in December during our girls trip. Butler Kapila helped us a lot during our stay. We checked in there around 6 p.m. because we decided to explore the city during the day. As a welcome drink, we got hot cream soup 🥣 that’s perfectly matched with theweather. This place is cozy and beautiful. More like a villa. We selected ad triple room and one doubleroom. .The rooms were spacious. We had a chance to attend the St. Andrews buffet. It will take a 10-minute walkfromethem cottages to St. Andrews. There are some varieties to try out, like Indian, Sri Lankan, and westerncuisines. .The staff was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay around Nuwara Eliya. We selected this place to stay in December during our girls trip. Pleasant stay and quiet place. Spacious rooms. We were able to join the buffet at Jetwing St. Andrew's, and food was delicious. I must thank Kapila, who was looking after The Cottage, he helped me finding medicine when I got sick at the middle of the night. If it weren't for him, our trip could have gone bad. Thank you Kapila again for the help. Jetwing surely gives the best hospitality to every guests they have, though they are local or foreign they care and serve you positively.

I was walking around the town area in search of a place (after a very bad experience from the place we booked to spend our holiday) came across this place. True that it does not have a well maintained garden i even thought its an ababundant house. But the butler is very friendly. Inside is next level and changed my mind. Clean linen, duvet and clean toilet and heating get full score. Hot water with colonial style bathroom, in house meals and breakfast buffet at St Andrews was irresistible. I would definitely choose this place above all for my next visit.
