Xi Hotel

I stayed there for a couple of night, the room surprisingly pretty big for Hongkong standard but the sofa was very dusty. The hotel bathroom is quite bad, the hot water didn't work properly and the floor was easily flooded. When I checked in I was served by a male receptionist and he's very unfriendly meanwhile when I check out I was served by a female receptionist and I tell you she was the sweetest and very helpful.

Areas for Improvement: Unfortunately, the actual room did not match the aesthetic portrayed in the Agoda pictures, revealing a discrepancy in the presentation. The discrepancy left us somewhat disappointed, and we hope the hotel can address this for future guests. Another minor inconvenience was the absence of coffee and coffee spoons. While two tea packets were provided, the lack of coffee options left us feeling a bit perplexed, especially for those who prefer a morning coffee ritual. One noticeable drawback was the service attitude of the receptionist, particularly in the afternoon and evening. The lack of a service-oriented mindset stood out, and we believe a more welcoming approach from the staff would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. In conclusion, our stay at Xi Hotel had its highlights, particularly with the room amenities and convenient location. However, attention to details such as room presentation and the availability of essential amenities, coupled with improved customer service, could significantly elevate the guest experience.
