Squeaky clean and nice. Good place to try traditional Korean house but still has modern amenities. Quite strict with the reservation though.

It is a very neat and tidy guest house. The location is suitable and you can enjoy the atmosphere of Seochon. I heard that the building received the Seoul City Architecture Award (renovation). The night scenery is really nice. There is free Wi-Fi, and you can use April Music's CD player and vacuum tube amplifier in the common room. There is a separate bathroom for each room. The management is also very clean. The owner majored in architecture, so you can hear good things about it (if you're interested!). Breakfast is served alternately between Korean and Western, and although it is a simple meal, the owner buys the ingredients every morning. You can see yourself cooking. Breakfast time can also be agreed upon the day before. I highly recommend it to those who want to stay in Seoul (Gangbuk) and enjoy the good atmosphere. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Gyeongbokgung Station, and there are several bus routes that go to Seoul Station from the bus stop immediately after exiting the alley. It takes about 15 minutes.
