Absolutely love this place! It’s almost my second home! The staff just make this hotel!! Amazing! Pools are beautifully looked after, bar staff brilliant and restaurants full of a good variety of food. Lots to do!

Hotel was fantastic, rooms cleaned daily. Aqua park and pools are fantastic, and some are heated which is amazing. Food is good,does get a bit repetitive though.

During my 5-day stay in mid-November, the hotel offered a tranquil atmosphere. We were accommodated in two ground-floor rooms with an openable mid-section and direct access to the main pool, contributing to a pleasant experience. Both the hotel rooms and the surroundings were well-maintained. Ideal for families, the water park featured diverse slides and a toddler section. Numerous pools were scattered across the property, complemented by friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel provided beach towels, and there were various activities for both adults and children, including water exercise sessions, yoga, and engaging games. A small nursery and an on-site park added to the family-friendly atmosphere, while nightly family shows at the amphitheater were a delightful touch. The convenience of a shuttle service to Naama Bay and the big market, costing only $1 per person, was appreciated. Tight security on the premises enhanced the overall sense of safety. However, two points deserve mention. Firstly, the all-inclusive food, while changing daily, didn't meet high culinary expectations, likely due to mass production. Secondly, the location was a bit distant from the beach and local market (20-30 minutes by walk), although the affordable evening shuttle service partly mitigated this. In conclusion, the resort offers a pleasant and family-oriented experience, with minor drawbacks in the culinary aspect and location. Recommended for families seeking a well-maintained and engaging retreat.

I couldn't be more happy with this hotel! We stayed here for 10 days and we fell in love with all the staff here! They really made the stay amazing for us and really looked after us our whole stay! We grew close to a few of them and these are people I am very grateful to have met and will genuinely miss! Photos of them all below and a shoutout to Mina the bartender whose photo I cannot find!! The resort itself is amazing quality for price, with two beach resorts a free bus journey away included in the all inclusive and where I fell in love with snorkeling! There is also a water park inside the resort as well as an incredible team on animators leading activities throughout the resort which we took part in and enjoyed every second! A massive thankyou to Zee/Ziad, one of the animators and such a friendly, welcoming guy who made our trip for us! The food was incredible however, if we didn't turn up right when food was served it was quite cold and the food got a little repetitive. The rooms are amazing with excellent cleaning service, but we did have to go to reception twice as our key stopped working and even when it did work it wasn't working perfectly. If you're looking to experience things outside of the resort too I definitely recommend the boat trip and the safari trip, but I would look at the cheaper ones on trip advisor the ones we booked with no problems at all!
