Yaşam Park Residence it is a suitable location for a group of good friends but also for families. Everything is clean, tastefully decorated, enough space and an incredible view. The pool is extraordinary, and the flowers that adorn the garden make you think you are in a secret garden. It is a 2-minute walk to the beach. The owners are extremely hospitable. Yaşam Park is the place where tourist services are superlative. From the entrance to the hotel space you are greeted by a hospitable atmosphere. The hotel staff welcomes you with warmth and friendship. Here you will find a place to rest and relax at maximum levels. The space has a swimming pool where you can swim at any time, everything is cleaned daily.The hotel has free wi-fi and parking. Nice smell in the rooms, generous spaces, rooms with balcony. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the beach. I highly recommend this hotel where I was lucky enough to be. Thanks to the staff who make you feel perfect, to relax, to live happily, the holidays. Maximum rating for all hotel services, maximum rating for managers and all staff. I recommend!

We lived here for 1 month and we loved it! Very good apartments. It is clean, beautiful, calm and comfortable, very close to the sea - 5 minutes walk. I will gladly come back here again! Thanks❤️

We contacted host to see if they would give us apartment 4am (our flight came in at 3am) and they agreed. Others said we wouldn't have access till 9 or 10am to their apartments hence we didn't book with them. The apartment was clean, fully functioning kitchen with plenty of dishes, pots pan, cutlery. Towels bath/hand, dish soap/tablets, dish sponge, hand soap, tiolet roll, clothes horse, and bath mats, iron, hair dryer all provided. Air conditioning in all rooms. Lovely balcony veiw ideal for when kids go out swimming on their own. Overall apartment is modern and tastefully decorated. Nothing broken or shabby looking. TV has English channels and is smart TV so you can cast via personal device. WiFi good speed after 11pm tends to slow down. Host was very accommodating our deposit wire did not come through so we agreed with him to pay cash on arrival. There were a few further hiccups on our end with access to our bank funds internationally. However the host was extremely understanding and allowed us the time to sort things out. The electricity tripped 3 times during our 12 night stay once at 2am we contacted the host and he got it fixed within the hour each time. You don't hear other residence in other apartments. Reasonably soundproof rooms and no outside traffic noise as accommodation away from busy main roads. The apartments are centrally located. Walking distance to mosque, cali beach (pebble beach no sand), local shops and restaurants. We car hired so went further afield and visited many of fethiyes tourist sites. Very easy to find free street parking everywhere. City Centre is paid parking but it's quite cheap. There is plenty to do. The beaches are clean with turquoise blue water, local shopping market has all your main clothes retailers and fast food places. Plenty of ATM machines (Ziaraat bank does not charge cash transaction fees others do charge 5-7%.) As fethieye is a tourist site card is accepted everywhere. Beach benches cash 30-40lira all day hire. Boat trip 12 islands 250 lira per person includes lunch. Would highly recommend and revisit in a few years time.
